Centralized profitability data

Why use this feature

Centralized probability lets an administrator set up and define profitability data for capitol allocations, credit risk, product groupings, and tax rates for organizational profitability, customer account profitability, and RPPS. With centralization, administrators will save time by only setting these definitions once, which helps ensure that the same data definitions are used consistently.

How this feature works

What: Profitability data for organization profitability, customer account profitability, and RRPS has been centralized so that profitability data, entered once, is available to all profitability features.

Where: Centralized profitability data is accessible from the Data Setup section on the Command Center home page.

Who: Users with the role of Suite Administrators that have access to the Command Center will be able to use centralized profitability data.

How: From the Command Center, click Profitability Data in the Data Setup section. Use the down arrow to view a list of the kinds of data to work with: Capital Allocations, Credit Assignment, Product Groupings, or Tax Rates.
